As a Retail Merchandiser, you will assist in the alignment of the product line plan vision and the global line planning process in order to achieve or exceed annual financial goals.

The project!
As a Retail Merchandiser, you will assist in the alignment of the product line plan vision and the global line planning process in order to achieve or exceed annual financial goals.
What will the role entail?
Driving Business:
- Generating weekly analyses and ad hoc reports to identify commercial opportunities and risks promptly.
- Engaging in discussions concerning previous season trade and its influence on the upcoming season's planning.
- Delivering end-of-season analysis to aid the Merchandising Manager in formulating the business's range strategy.
- Managing End of Season and Mid Season sale strategy and execution, in line with trading conditions and business objectives
- Collate Seasonal price analysis – support Merchandising Manager with developing Global pricing architecture
- In-depth comprehension of the Brand's customer profile across diverse markets and regions.
- Identification and proposal of ideas to align product strategy with the brand profile.
- Regular store and competitor visits to discern potential risks and opportunities.

What you need to succeed in this role
- Bacherlor's degree or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Fluent Spanish and English.
- Proficiency in IT skills, especially adeptness in data manipulation using Excel, is essential.
- Your organizational prowess must be top-notch, showcasing an ability to proficiently navigate demanding workloads while consistently meeting deadlines.
- Multi-tasking should be second nature to you, maintaining focus under pressure and ensuring unwavering accuracy and attention to detail.
