Context of the role:


As a Revenue Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in creating, monitoring and optimizing sales, marketing, and customer success operations for Booksy Western European Markets. As a strategic leader, you'll drive process efficiency, leverage data insights, and foster
cross-functional collaboration to maximize revenue generation and implement scalable processes.


The Revenue Operations Manager role looks like:

• Lead a team of high performance operations professionals, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment. Run team meetings, 1:1 sessions and provide ongoing feedback.
• Provide coaching and professional development opportunities to enhance team members' skills and capabilities.
• Provide ongoing support to Sales, marketing and CS teams .
  
• Identify and streamline inefficient processes within sales, marketing, and customer success operations to enhance productivity and effectiveness.
• Implement best practices and automation tools to drive operational excellence.
• Foster collaboration between sales, marketing, and customer success teams to ensure a cohesive and aligned approach to revenue generation.
• Act as a liaison between departments, facilitating communication and sharing insights.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in revenue operations processes and implement initiatives to enhance overall efficiency.
• Support de Director of operations with Ad-Hoc projects.

Who you are:

• Experience working with CRM, Automation tools, Data analysis and spreadsheets
• Experience managing Operations teams or similar
  
• Experience in tech, beauty or both is a major plus
• Excellent English skills and desire to work within an international team (other languages are also very much appreciated!)
• Experience in an international enviroments
• A team player with excellent prob solving skills
