In this role, you will provide data-driven insights to support executive decision-making, optimize business operations, and drive growth. Key responsibilities include analyzing market trends, identifying business opportunities, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve performance. Strong experience in data analysis, business intelligence tools, and a deep understanding of Saa S business models are essential. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and problem-solving skills and have a proven track record of supporting high-level business strategy.


Responsibilities:

• Liaise across global operations team to ensure consistent approach / best practice sharing between markets.

• Develop a deep and thorough understanding of the whole Booksy apps ecosystem (Client and Business apps, web and mobile).

• Prepare reports/statements and analyses related to business performance/opportunities and provide insights.

• Develop data processing solutions and processes.

• Adapt visualization of results to the needs of business recipients (internal and external).

• Automate data processing and reports to support business processes.

• Create new as well as revising and maintaining existing software specifications and other documentation.

• Seek opportunities for the development of the BA and documentation area in Booksy.

• Work on ad hoc projects and tasks as deemed by management.

Who you are:

• Excellent English skills and desire to work within an international team.
• Proven experience in the same role or similar
• Experience working with Excel, Google docs, Power BI, Salesforce, SQL, DAX language.
• Analytical and independent thinking.
• Ability to draw conclusions from presented data in a meaningful and useful way for management decision making.
• Ability to optimize queries and reports when working with large datasets
• Positive can do attitude
• Exceptionally detail oriented
• Independence at work and the ability to cooperate effectively in a team.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and oral, including the ability to convey complex concepts in a way that is understandable to a variety of target groups.
