Sales Assistant

We’re looking for a Remote Sales Assistant to support our sales efforts in Spain. If you’re organized, customer-focused, and fluent in Spanish, this could be a great opportunity for you. Your role will include helping with sales-related tasks and language support to ensure smooth communication with our Spanish clients.
What you’ll do
- Assist with sales inquiries and provide language support for Spanish-speaking customers.
- Help process orders and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
- Act as a bridge between the sales team and Spanish clients to ensure clear communication.
- Perform basic administrative tasks like scheduling meetings and preparing documents.
- Support the sales team in identifying opportunities and understanding the Spanish market.
- Fluent in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, and CRM tools).
- No prior experience needed, but any background in sales or customer service is a plus.
- Friendly, proactive, and able to work independently.
- Flexible hours and remote work.
- A supportive and friendly team.
- A chance to gain experience in sales and work with an international team.
Pay: 11.00€ - 13.00€ per hour
Expected hours: 20 per week
