Sales Manager - Spain

As we continue shaping the future of payments, we are looking for an experienced Sales Manager to join our growing team.
As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for developing the market within the region by leading a direct sales team and driving performance to meet sales targets. Key responsibilities include recruiting and training sales representatives, organizing outbound campaigns to build a robust sales pipeline, and managing team performance.
What you’ll do:
  • Developing the my POS market in the region and managing a direct sales team;
  • Recruiting and training sales representatives;
  • Organizing outbound campaigns to build a substantial pipeline which will accumulate the desired sales volumes thereafter;
  • Managing direct sales representatives to ensure satisfactory performance is in place, in line with the group’s standards & KPIs;
  • Ensuring the designated team complies with the group standards for CRM usage;
  • Managing stock levels of all products and communicating deliveries with respective teams;
  • Taking the initiative to lead the way with a proactive approach and identify market niches which offer growth opportunities;
  • Visiting different trade shows, exhibitions, and seminars;
  • Providing Information regarding sales objectives and business results;
  • Reporting to the Country Manager on a weekly basis.
What you bring:
  • At least 3 years of a previous working experience in leading sales team & process in France;
  • At least 5 years of a previous professional experience in direct sales and B2B sales;
  • Very good level of English language – both verbal and written;
  • Consistency and negotiation skills;
  • Very strong commercial, communicative, and relational skills;
  • Result oriented mindset – ability to focus on meeting targets and providing the best experience for customers;
  • Previous experience with Hub Spot CRM will be considered as an advantage;
  • Experience with automated systems and office applications such as Outlook, Excel, and Word.
  • A personal style that demonstrates authority, commitment and consistency, and inspires trust and confidence
  • Fluent in English and Spanish
