Responsibilities
- Research and identify new leads to grow our client base and build strong relationships.
- Assist in preparing and managing proposals, presentations, and contracts.
- Support the sales team in tracking and reporting on key sales metrics and opportunities.
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to coordinate outreach and follow-up communication.
- Manage and update our CRM system to ensure all leads and opportunities are current.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align on sales campaigns and strategies.
- 1-3 years of experience in sales, business development, or account management.
- Must have the legal right to work in Spain and currently reside in Spain.
- A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven ability to identify and nurture leads and drive business growth.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to thrive in a remote environment.
- Fluency in English; other languages are a plus.
