What will make you successful in this position?
- Extensive experience on PKI environmentsm (+5years).
- Manage L2 teams.
- Experience in security protocols as SSL/TLS, S/MIME, and OCSP.
- Strong ability to build trust relationship with customer
- Strong capacity to manage customer expectations
- Strong collaboration mindset
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Spanish & English).
- Strong desire to deliver high quality solutions and continuously improve quality of services.
- Nice to have: Agile mehodology
- Nice to have: Dev Ops
What will be your mission?
- Oversee and manage complex PKI environments, including certificate authorities (CAs) and eventually hardware security modules (HSMs).
- Provide high-level support and troubleshooting for PKI-related issues, ensuring minimal downtime and quick resolution.
- Provide guidance to level 2 team to solve issues or handle requests.
- Implement and manage advanced security protocols such as SSL/TLS, S/MIME, and OCSP.
- Lead the integration and deployment of PKI solutions across various systems and applications.
- Ensure PKI systems comply with industry standards and government regulations and prepare for and support audits.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation and provide training to junior engineers and other stakeholders.
- Identify areas for improvement and innovation within the PKI infrastructure and implement new technologies and processes.
- Assess engineering demands related to PKI (estimates, schedule and staffing)
