What you will do
- Be the go-to person for our client's social media channels like Facebook, Linked In, X, and more.
- Transform customers into loyal fans and boost our brand’s reputation.
- Track and analyze social media conversations and coordinate with marketing for campaigns.
- Bring your innovative ideas to enhance our social media strategy.
- Engage with customers through new channels like phone and email as we grow together.
- Liaise with customers and prospects to promote products, identify purchase opportunities, and explore how our other products or services can provide additional benefits.
- A fulltime contract.

- A passion for social media (insight on communication techniques on websites: X, Facebook, Instagram) or experience working in this or a similar marketing area.
- Availability for training of up to 4 weeks, Monday to Friday, 9am-5.15pm.
- Empathetic approach to each situation, ability to understand customer position and urge need to assist during the process.
- An engaging personality with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- C2/C1 level of Dutch (assessed by an external provider) and at least B2 in English.
