Spanish Language Teacher in Barcelona (Casteldefells)

Join the Global LT community and help provide language lessons to business professionals and their families worldwide. We are currently looking for Spanish Language Teachers (ESL) to provide in-person customized lessons to children in Barcelona (Casteldefells)
Job Information:
  • Class number: 180790
  • Student: a 6-year-old child
  • Target language: Spanish
  • Availability: Ideally, Wednesday at 5pm
  • Preferred start date: ASAP
  • Lesson frequency: Once per week
  • Lesson length: 1 hour per class
  • Student’s location: Lessons are to be held at the student's home in Castelldefels, 08860, Barcelona, Spain
  • Current Spanish level: Beginner
  • Client´s native language: English
  • Student’s language needs and goals: To support his school learning
Responsibilities:
  • Delivering tailored, dynamic, effective, and engaging lessons
  • Developing curricula based on learners’ proficiency level and desired outcomes
  • Monitoring students’ progress and guiding learners towards learning goals
  • Communicating in an efficient, effective, and professional manner
Qualifications:
  • Native or near-native written and spoken proficiency in the target language
  • Certificate or degree in language teaching, education, instructional design, writing, language, linguistics, second-language acquisition, or related field
  • Minimum of two years of experience
