We are seeking a candidate to manage the transition of all business services, including business products and IT systems, for the divestment of a Vodafone Spain operating company. In this role, you will drive business-related topics with the divesting Op Co in Spain, working closely with group and local Op Co business, commercial, and technical teams. You will ensure a smooth and uninterrupted transition through the 'Transition of Services Agreements' (TSA’s), collaborating with Vodafone Group, including M&A, procurement, and local business teams.

We are seeking a candidate to manage the transition of all business services, including business products and IT systems, for the divestment of a Vodafone Spain operating company. In this role, you will drive business-related topics with the divesting Op Co in Spain, working closely with group and local Op Co business, commercial, and technical teams. You will ensure a smooth and uninterrupted transition through the 'Transition of Services Agreements' (TSA’s), collaborating with Vodafone Group, including M&A, procurement, and local business teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Being the focal point between Vodafone Spain and Vodafone Group during the transition
- Overseeing the continuity of business products under the TSA, and managing the governance of TSA for business IT systems and products such as Unified Communications, Cyber Security, Cloud Services, Saa S Services, Vodafone Red Tariffs, and more.
- Manage the migration of TSA services, negotiate projects, statements of work, and delivery KPIs with partners, and conduct governance meetings, utilizing escalation paths for issues or requests.
What you bring:
- Prior knowledge and experience in the Telecom industry
- Strong commercial acumen, able to run business cases and calculate cost – impact analysis
- Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively across multiple teams
- Be able to analyse and articulate complex information in a simple and effective way
- Advanced level of English and Spanish
