We are seeking a candidate to join our team and assist in various aspects of Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment. The responsibilities include:
- Conduct research on topics pertaining to Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and Recruitment.
- Assist in the development of marketing materials related to Human Resources and Recruitment.
- Proactive candidate sourcing using Fut-Ure's network and tools
- Participate in the process of candidate preselection, interviews and evaluations
- Develop new search channels and build our own candidate network, advertise job vacancies
- Conduct research on technology companies and formulate strategies for implementing optimal Human Resources practices within the selected companies.
- Provide support on various Human Resources projects within the organization
- Participate in defining our online marketing strategy and visibility and positioning of Fut-Ure.
- Utilize contemporary tools and technologies for daily tasks and assignments Requirements:
- You are a student in the career of Business, Technology, Finance, Engineering and are looking for an experience in an international company to enhance your career.
- Passion for business, technology, strong business acumen and a commitment to delivering high-quality service to our clients.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication abilities, along with a desire to make a positive impact.
- Energetic personality, motivated to learn, proactive, and eager to contribute new ideas.
- A person with a passion for taking on new challenges and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English is required, and knowledge of other languages would be a great plus.
- Internship contract for 3 to 12 months with the possibility of permanent employment based on contribution to Fut-Ure's growth.
