We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with outstanding communication and organisational skills to help us find and onboard the best talent. You'll be part of a dynamic team, driving innovative recruitment strategies and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. About your day-to-day:
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract high-quality IT professionals.
- Utilize various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing to identify potential candidates.
- Conduct comprehensive initial screenings and technical interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and company fit.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience from application to onboarding.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, refine job descriptions, and create effective recruitment plans.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.
- Ensure recruitment processes comply with relevant laws and best practices, maintaining high standards of confidentiality and integrity.
- Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company.

- Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably within a tech environment.
- Good understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and the IT industry landscape
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish
- Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work effectively
- Solution driven mindset
- Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to various recruitment softwares and tools
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and other stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
