About you
We are seeking a Junior HR Specialist with outstanding communication and organisational skills to help us continue to build M47 Labs focusing on People and Culture initiatives. You'll be part of a dynamic small team, driving innovative people-centered strategies and ensuring an excellent employee experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to continuously learn, implement best practices, and play a key part in building a strong M47 Labs team.

What you'll need:
For this position, you must be a holder of a valid working permit for Spain.

About your day-to-day

Be the point of contact with the newcomers: emails, documentation, follow-up, adding employees to the software...

Handle employee inquiries and take ownership of the internal communications

Aiding in the creation of internal documentation: policies, benefits articles, handbook, etc.

Create and manage the team building activities

Participate in Employer Branding projects with the Marketing and Talent team

Participate in Learning and Development project

What you'll need:
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
- Between 1 to 2 years of experience within an HR department.
- Highly organized and able to handle fast-changing needs.
- Ability to think outside of the box and strong problem-solving skills.
- Proactive and engaging to ensure our processes are always updated and efficient.
- An academic background (BSc or MSc) in Labour Relations, Law, Psychology, BA and related fields, or equivalent experience.
- Familiarity working in People and Culture projects.
- Experience with Employer Branding or similar executive projects.
