About you
We are seeking a Junior HR Specialist with outstanding communication and organisational skills to help us continue to build M47 Labs focusing on People and Culture initiatives. You'll be part of a dynamic small team, driving innovative people-centered strategies and ensuring an excellent employee experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to continuously learn, implement best practices, and play a key part in building a strong M47 Labs team.


About your day-to-day

• Be the point of contact with the newcomers: emails, documentation, follow-up, adding employees to the software...
  
• Handle employee inquiries and take ownership of the internal communications
  
• Aiding in the creation of internal documentation: policies, benefits articles, handbook, etc.
  
• Create and manage the team building activities
  
• Participate in Employer Branding projects with the Marketing and Talent team
  
• Participate in Learning and Development project

What you'll need:

• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Between 1 to 2 years of experience within an HR department.
• Highly organized and able to handle fast-changing needs.
• Ability to think outside of the box and strong problem-solving skills.
• Proactive and engaging to ensure our processes are always updated and efficient.
• An academic background (BSc or MSc) in Labour Relations, Law, Psychology, BA and related fields, or equivalent experience.

What's nice to have:

• Familiarity working in People and Culture projects.
• Experience with Employer Branding or similar executive projects.

For this position, you must be a holder of a valid working permit for Spain.
