Tech Talent Acquisition Specialist (6 months contract)

We are seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist with outstanding communication and organisational skills to help us find and onboard the best talent. You'll be part of a dynamic team, driving innovative recruitment strategies and ensuring an excellent candidate experience. This role offers a unique opportunity to continuously learn, implement best practices, and play a key part in building a strong M47Labs team.

About your day-to-day:

Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract high-quality IT professionals.
Utilize various channels including job boards, social media, professional networks, and direct sourcing to identify potential candidates.
Conduct comprehensive initial screenings and technical interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and company fit.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive experience from application to onboarding.
Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
Partner with hiring managers to understand their specific needs, refine job descriptions, and create effective recruitment plans.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the hiring process.
Ensure recruitment processes comply with relevant laws and best practices, maintaining high standards of confidentiality and integrity.
Assist in the onboarding process to ensure new hires have a smooth transition into the company.

Proven experience as an IT Recruiter, preferably within a tech environment.
Good understanding of technical roles, programming languages, and the IT industry landscape
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English & Spanish
Ability to manage multiple positions simultaneously and work effectively
Solution driven mindset
Ability to rapidly learn and adapt to various recruitment softwares and tools
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with candidates and other stakeholders.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
