We are looking for a Technical Designer based in one of our Hubs in Málaga, with at least 5 years of experience.

Your role

We are looking for an IT Technical Designer based in one of our Hubs in Málaga, a key team in our technology ecosystem.

This role demands a proactive approach to problem-solving, a keen eye for detail, and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.
Your main tasks will be:

• Instrumental in translating architectural visions into detailed, executable plans.
  
• Collaborate closely with architects and engineers to develop comprehensive design blueprints and construction documents.
  
• Responsible for assessing project requirements, conducting feasibility studies, and ensuring that all technical designs comply with Santander wide strategy.

If you think you’ve got what it takes, these are the key skills we’ll be looking for in your CV:

• Proficient in various programming languages and software development frameworks (e.g., Java, Spring Boot, Java Script (React, Angular), etc.)
  
• Ability to design and document high-level software architecture and technical solutions that align with business requirements.
  
• Skilled in evaluating and selecting appropriate technology stacks and tools to meet project needs and improve efficiency.
  
• Experience in leading technical teams and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are achieved.
  
• Expertise in integrating various systems and third-party services, ensuring seamless communication and data exchange.
  
• Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues quickly and efficiently.
  
• Ability to design systems that are scalable and efficient, ensuring performance optimization and future growth.
  
• Knowledgeable in implementing security best practices and guidelines to protect systems from vulnerabilities and threats.
  
• Proficiency in creating detailed technical documentation, including system designs, API documentation, and technical standards.
  
• Commitment to staying updated with the latest technological advancements, trends, and best practices to continually improve system design and architecture.
  
• Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written.
  
• Bachelor’s degree in management / Computer Science / Information Technology or a related field.
