We are looking for an experienced TIBCO Products Specialist to join the BPM team of a major UK bank’s division in Spain. You will be responsible for providing 24/7 support for critical systems using TIBCO Business Works, i Process, and EMS.

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced TIBCO Products Specialist to join the BPM team of a major UK bank’s division in Spain. You will be responsible for providing 24/7 support for critical systems using TIBCO Business Works, i Process, and EMS.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 24/7 support for critical TIBCO-based applications.
- Manage clients for Staffware and use TIBCO i Process Modeler.
- Perform root cause analysis and resolve production issues.
- Administer and support TIBCO BW integrations across multiple domains.
- Manage incidents and change requests in Service Now (SNOW).
- Oversee patching and upgrades for TIBCO applications.
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills in English.
- Extensive knowledge of TIBCO Business Works, i Process, and EMS.
- Experience with UNIX commands and monitoring tools such as SNOW and Dynatrace.
- 4 years of relevant experience.
