Trainee Marketing Innovation & Sustainability

We are looking for a dynamic and quick-learning person with a curious mindset to join the Marketing Innovation & Sustainability team in Affinity Petcare as a Trainee. The main objective of this department is to analyze market trends on innovations and sustainability, in order to identify opportunities for our brands.
What will you do
- Monthly monitoring and reporting of competitors' innovations
- Monthly monitoring of the evolution of the natural segment in France, Spain, and Italy and the evolution of the main players.
- Analyse trends in sustainability at both market and consumer level in order to learn lessons and identify opportunities
- Monitoring and analysis of brands that can be benchmarks in both pet food and human food (positioning, claims, packaging, communication,)
What we're looking for
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, or similar
- Excellent level of English and Spanish. Other languages such as Italian, French, or Portuguese will be highly valued!
- Excellent command of Microsoft Office: Excel and Power Point
- Proactivity, energy and adaptability to change
- Ability to work in teams and communication skills
- Curiosity & high learning capacity
- You can sign an internship agreement with your school.
