Travel Retail Director – Spain

The Travel Retail business in Spain is a strategic business for Newrest and represents a turnover of c. 40 M€, with a direct management of a team of 12 people. NTR in Spain serve key airline clients and train clients by creating and managing unique travel retail experiences for their consumers.
Key responsibilities:
- P&L Management (Revenue & Profit)
- Team management
- Client and operations management
- Interface with key subcontractors (handling / duty free / food & beverage)
- Innovation for the travel retail offers
- Growth of the business

Business School diploma with 10+ years’ experience
- Business leader with proven experience in P&L and team management
- Experience in travel retail (most preferably in airline / train industries) and in Key Account Management
- Passion for retail
- Marketing acumen
- Financial and commercial acumen
- Analytical skills
- Communication skills
- Presentation skills
