KBR supports the operational needs of U.S. armed forces at Morón Air Base in Spain and several bases in Turkey. Our services ensure smooth operations, allowing Air Force and government personnel to focus on their missions. We provide program management, civil engineering, morale, welfare, and recreation support, among other essential services. Awarded by the Air Force Installation Contracting Center, our contract spans a five-year base period with three one-year options, reflecting our commitment to excellence and operational support.
Job Summary
As an HR Admin Assistant, you will be required to perform various tasks related to personnel processing activities, clerical duties related to personnel administration and other HR administrative duties required for efficient human resources operation.

Job Summary
As an HR Admin Assistant, you will be required to perform various tasks related to personnel processing activities, clerical duties related to personnel administration and other HR administrative duties required for efficient human resources operation.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assists with processing personnel actions for new hires, terminations or transfers.
- Responsible for maintaining the time keeping program daily, input leave requests, sick leave, monthly schedules, other types of paid leave. Generates exception reports for supervisors and makes necessary corrections for the pay period.
- General administrative duties in an office to include using Microsoft Office software such as databases, spreadsheets, using programs such as MS Outlook, Work, Excel, and Power-point and the other programs when required
- Prepares monthly reports as required.
- Works with payroll to ensure communication and data transfers is maintained.
- Responsible for handling sensitive and confidential situations involving company personnel records and exercises discretion and absolute confidentiality of employment information. Applies Personal Data Protection program
- Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision.
- Must demonstrate appropriate level of professionalism, tact and customer service orientation.
- Communicate effectively verbally and in writing with all levels of management in English or Spanish.
- Solve problems with little to no assistance
Basic Qualifications
- Education: high school or equivalent, trade-related work experience desirable.
- English Level II
- Spanish citizenship
Preferred Qualifications
- English language fluent.
- Experience in human resources field.
