Accounts Payable Specialist

Your Responsibilities:
- Manage accounts payable and incoming invoices
- Supplier payments
- Responsible for the entire process from received invoice to payment and follow-up
- Reporting to authorities such as the SCB (Statistics Sweden) and the Swedish Tax Agency
- Send documentation to VAT auditors weekly or monthly
- Reconciliations of accounts and bank
- Contribute to improvements within AR (Accounts Receivable) and AP (Accounts Payable)
- Maintain close internal dialogue with colleagues outside the accounting organization
- Your personality is most important! You want to contribute to improvements and drive within your area of responsibility
- You energize others and take responsibility. You have a positive attitude and make others feel good
- You enjoy complex tasks and are motivated by problem-solving
- You enjoy working on projects, be able to think outside the box, and want to work on improvements
- You are meticulous and structured
- You are proactive and have good communication skills
Educationally, you could be:
a business graduate at the start of your career or alternatively have a relevant vocational education. You could also be a self-taught economist with extensive expertise in Accounts Payable.
