Job Description
As a CAT Application Expert, you will work in a team that delivers translation technology cross-brand and globally for H&M Group. One day could start with supporting a merchandising team in Korea about translating a text with marketing specific requirement, and end with workshop exploring tech support for a new translation feature to support a new e-com platform.
Currently we’re 5 people in the team, we have developers, business expert and product manager and we use Smartling as our CAT tool. Our team’s mission is:

Responsibilities:

• Identify, implement, and manage state-of-the-art translation tools and applications, including machine translation, AI-driven solutions, and CAT tools, to enhance content quality and streamline workflows
  

• Evaluate and refine existing translation workflows to maximize efficiency, scalability, and accuracy across all platforms
  

• Communicating with product management and other teams about interfaces and dependencies
  

• Engaging with various stakeholders on different topics, including end users support through training sessions and workshops
  

• All aspects of application management at an enterprise level, including client/server installations, configurations, packaging, deployment, maintenance, and support
  

Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience in translation technology, application management and/or language processing
• Proficiency in translation software, machine translation engines, and API integrations.
  

• Knowledge on AI and neural network-based translation tools
  

• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results within deadlines
  

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex workflows for continuous improvement
  

• Knowledge of Software testing, quality assurance, and solutions testing, including automation
  

• Document software solutions and ensure that technical documentation meets H&M standards
  

• Multitasking ability to work both independently as well as in a team setting
  

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English

These are fulltime permanent positions. They are based in our office in Stockholm, Sweden and we have a hybrid work structure.
