Senior Development Business Analyst /Application Developer

You will take technical and functional lead in development projects and together with your team take on the overall application responsibility for the product. You will work with both functional and technical requirements and solution analysis for new functionality as well as improvement of already existing business functionality. You will gain intuition about business practices across different industries and create technical solutions to address those realities.
In addition, tasks such as system design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and improve code will be part of your responsibility – taking ownership of the full life-cycle. You will gradually understand the architecture and gain intuition about scalability, performance, and resilience of a powerful large-scale and rich system.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:
- Analysis, design, and implementation of new functionality
- Implement architectural improvements, refactoring and modernize the existing application.
- Problem solving, troubleshooting of incidents, and defect correction using Java.
- Work with the entire system development life cycle, from the drawing board to an executable feature.
- Continuous learning.
- Develop test automation script using Java.
- Assist and guide Infor colleges as an M3 application expert with deep technical knowledge in an area.
- Share your ideas with fellow developers, discuss new requirements with product managers.
What You Will Need:
- Several years of technical experience in product development.
- Expert knowledge in software development methodologies.
- A genuine interest in IT and software development.
- A team player with ability to structure and work independently.
- Ability to clearly communicate abstract concepts.
- Academic degree within Engineering or System science.
- Fluent in Swedish and English.
