We are hiring a Temporary Junior Immigration Assistant with Swedish & English

• 6 months contract

Locations:Stockholm, Sweden

• Must be eligible to live and work in Sweden. Visa sponsorships will not be considered.

The Junior Immigration Assistant will report to the Team Leader Sweden to support the local Immigration team.

Position Overview

• To provide support to the Immigration Team on a local scale.
• To be the main point of contact for the local Immigration Consultants and Team Leader in terms of processing work permit applications, submitting applications at the Migration Agency website, data entry in Crown’s systems and other technical and administrative support as needed.

Specifics

Immigration support:

• Submitting applications through the Migration Agency website.
• Coordinate with your team to gather required information
• Thoroughly check all applications before their submittal and revert back to the colleagues for any clarifications
• Update and enter data within Crown internal tools
• Carry on administrative tasks as required

Essential Job Functions

• Ensure correct and complete utilization of Crown's systems to provide oversight for management and to maximize productivity.
• Ensure timely follow-up with team when carrying on a project you coordinate
• Create and maintain proper tracking records for reports and billing.

• Degree educated preferred
• Immigration experience and knowledge is a plus
