BearingPoint Capital - M&A Spring Internship 2025

Bearing Point Capital is seeking interns to join our M&A team in Stockholm. As part of Bearing Point Capital you will get the chance to acquire competencies and skills through a wide variety of challenging M&A projects for top-tier clients. Our M&A and Transaction advisory focuses on companies where technology is core to their strategy. You will become a part of a highly skilled and driven team and be able to work on local and international projects.
Your responsibilities will include:

Working on sell-side transactions.
Participating in Tech and Commercial Due Diligence projects.
Developing materials, analyses and financial models.

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

Education: You are on track to complete your master’s degree in 2025 or 2026, with an excellent academic record from a leading university. You’re likely studying engineering, business, or a combination of both.
Interest: You have a strong interest in M&A, strategy, and technology.

Language skills: You are fluent in a Scandinavian language and English.

Internship period:

We are offering internships for the following periods:

January - March 2025
April – June 2025
Please indicate your preferred start date(s) in your application. The internship duration is 8-12 weeks, and we are flexible on start and end dates for selected candidates.
