We are looking for a Business Administration Specialist
As our new colleague and Business Administration Specialist, you will simultaneously be handling several varying tasks, and your colleagues will count on your support in their day-to-day operations to run smoothly. You will secure that our administrative routines are lean and simple, as well as communicated and followed by all co-workers in the department.
The Business Administration team is part of Finance Performance & Operations. In this role, you will be reporting to Administration Manager Petra Holmström.
About the assignment

Together with relevant stakeholder/user groups/matrixes identify improvement potentials, and prepare basis for decision making, always striving for professional, aligned and efficient ways of working.
Secure follow up of performance according to set KPI´s and measurements.
Secure consistency and alignment in relation to interdependencies in task development toward other connected tasks.
Participate in external networks for benchmarking and to enhance and share knowledge.
Collect and summarize improvement suggestions, prioritize and be the driver of implementations.
Take lead/participate in testing of new solutions before going live.
Actively work for that instructions, competence development needs, guides and routines are available, up-to-date and used.
Administration support both secured long-term and in the day-to-day operations.
To be an IKEA ambassador of IKEA culture and values and do business with fact-based business leadership.

About you
We are looking for a service-minded specialist with a strong passion for people. You enjoy identifying improvement potentials and to further develop ways of working to increase efficiencies. You have strong communication skills, are able to make fast decisions and strong in building relationships with people around you.
As a person you take initiative and have the courage to question and challenge. Since IKEA of Sweden is a truly global environment, with colleagues from all over the world, you need to be fluent in English.
The position is located in Älmhult, Sweden. Älmhult has excellent commuting possibilities with hourly trains to Malmö, Lund and Växjö and an IKEA shuttle bus back and forth to Helsingborg two times a day.
