- Serve as the voice of the customer in defining and delivering innovative digital solutions.
- Work globally across multiple business units and functions to understand user personas, pain points, and journeys and create user flow diagrams to support business case development.
- Support the prioritization of product features for future releases for one or more delivery teams.
- Collaborate with Delivery Leads and business stakeholders to scope and deliver data and AI tools and solutions
- Provide insights into product, technology, and market trends.
- Assist in developing and documenting feature lists, user stories, and roadmaps aligned with the overarching product vision.
- Collect and synthesize product feedback from stakeholders at all levels.
- Champion the MVP concept, distilling the product down to what is desirable, viable, and feasible.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to scope, design, concept test, and deliver innovative solutions.
- Lead the development of significant portions of business cases, operating plans, and new business proposals.
- Develop materials to communicate progress to partners and clients.
- Influence others to champion product adoption and evolution through direct interaction with key business sponsors and organizational leaders.
