We are looking for experienced Business Analysts to join our Automotive team, where you work with some of the leading and most well-known brands within this industry driving their digitalization journey. As a Business Analyst you play a leading role in complex client projects at the intersection of business and digital. To support our customers in their digital transformation, Capgemini is looking for consultants with passion for business and technology serving the Automotive sector.

The responsibilities will vary between initiatives, you will:
  • Bring experience from working in early stages to prepare and initiate implementation of business opportunities
  • Identify opportunities with existing and new customers, support with your industry know-how and assessment of market trends in the preparation and execution
  • Act as the bridge between business and IT
  • Contribute with domain experience within industrial, commercial (marketing, aftermarket, retail) and finance
  • Be responsible for understanding business requirements and customer needs and translating these to user-stories
  • Be part of an Agile Delivery team and act as an extension of Product Owner
What you'll bring:
  • Experience working in the automotive domain
  • Experience in Requirements elicitation and analysis
  • Experience with Process Modelling
  • Data Capture and data analytics
  • Detailed understanding of Systems Lifecycles and design
  • Process and platform experience in one or more of the following – Supply Chain Management, Sourcing and Procurement, Sales & Distribution, Manufacturing processes, Connected Services and ecommerce
  • Experience of implementing larger transformation programs
  • Experience with SAP, Microsoft and Salesforce is a plus
Soft skills and background:
  • You are characterized by your experience/interest in business development and sales, your focus on results, your strategic thinking, your high level of self-motivation and customer orientation.
  • You are a strong communicator who understands the importance of fostering relationships with business and IT stakeholders, you are comfortable working in a mixed client and Capgemini agile environment – and have a good level of Swedish both spoken and written.
  • You are fine with independent work but have experience of and thinks collaboration and teamwork is the ground for a good result.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, management, or a related field.
