What You’ll Do
As the Customer Service Team Leader, you will supervise the daily operations of the Business Care Team, identifying inefficiencies in processes and implement more effective ways of working where applicable. You will also act as an escalation point for customer queries and complaints where they cannot be resolved by the team whilst coaching and training the team across various Customer Service initiatives.


The aim of the Business Care Team is to deliver Industry Leading Customer Service & build excellent working relationships with our customers providing professional and consistent Customer Support


What Are We Looking For?

• Experience in a Customer Service capacity
• Team Lead experience is preferred or demonstrable mentoring experience
• Languages required – Swedish & English
• SAP (or similar ERP system) experience is desirable
• Numerate with good working knowledge of Excel
• Team player with excellent time management skills
• Passionate to deliver great Customer Service
