We are now looking for a Business Process and System Manager – SAP B1 who will strengthen our IT department.
In this position you will work as a Business Process Manager and as Product Owner for SAP Business One. You will have both external and internal contacts and will work in close collaboration with several of our departments. As a Business Process Manager at Manta Marine, you work throughout the organization to develop and improve Business Processes related to SAP Business One (B1). In your role you will act as a bridge, carrying business needs and requirement over to the design and functionality of our ERP System, with a larger perspective and knowledge about their possibilities and limitations. You work to ensure that business process outcomes are in harmony with the company’s strategic goals.
The Business Process Manager acts collaboratively across all departments with focus on the entire process from beginning to end, introducing innovative business solutions in order to assist the organization in meeting its business objectives and improve operational performance. The Business Process Manager have a vision of the big picture and an understanding that enhancing process effectiveness requires continuous improvement. You engage colleagues to inspire and empower them to provide input into process change and encourage them to embrace and own the new process once it is implemented. Acting in the role of Product Owner for our ERP System (SAP Business One), you are responsible for setting, prioritizing, and accepting the work generated by the business or departments to ensure the most valuable and proper functionality of the product. You will identify user needs, gather feature requests, plan upgrades and coordinate sprints to improve business benefits and efficiency of our solution.

Main responsibilities will be:

• Design and continuously improve business processes related to SAP B1, working across departments
• Develop and communicate the vision and roadmap for SAP B1
• Proactively take part in the company overall strategy for developing and integrating IT systems
• Be a business partner for the departments when looking into needs, necessary developments, add ons etc. and act as the “voice of the user” when designing new features
• Coordinate system enhancements with external suppliers
• Project manager for ERP projects and ERP implementation
• Coordinate integrations with SAP B1

Background and skills
We believe that you have an education within Business Administration, IT, Computer Science or similar. You have experience in Business Process Development and specific, and relevant, experience from working with SAP Business One (B1) in project focused companies. To thrive in the role, you have solid experience and feel confident that you can take full responsibility for the tasks mentioned above. You have previous work experience collaborating with cross functional teams such as Supply Chain and Finance etc.

To summarize you have:

• Excellent knowledge in SAP Business One (B1)
• Experience of Business Process Development and Project Management
• Knowledge writing SQL Queries
• Fluent in English, written and spoken
• Experience of working with Boyum B1 Usability Package Addon is an advantage such as experience from the Marine sector.
