Stena Recycling is excited to announce a new position for a Business QA & Release Lead. In this role your main responsibility will be ensuring the highest possible quality in our digital business flows. You will be responsible for managing testing activities from an end-to-end business perspective. This involves comprehensive preparation, meticulous execution, thorough follow-up, and focus on continuous improvement. You will also work together with SM Group IT in the continuous evolvement of Stena Metall’s Test Framework.
In addition to focusing on quality assurance and testing activities, you will also:
- Manage release windows and cycles across different business functions and companies
- Manage release interdependencies and risks, and help resolves challenges that could impact release scope, quality, and schedules
- Manage communication to business stakeholders regarding completed and upcoming releases

We are seeking a driven person with a minimum of 2-3 years of test management experience in end-to-end and/or UAT testing. We think that you understand broad business flows within Supply Chain, Operations, and Finance. You also have experience in ERP systems within larger organizations, including implementations. Additionally, proficiency in test automation is essential for this role.
Meritorious:
- Knowledge of MS D365, especially Finance & Operations and Customer Engagement
- Knowledge in MS Azure Dev Ops
- Experience with Executive Automats
