Business Solution Specialist

We are currently looking for a Business Solution Specialist with a focus on M3 Production & Quality Management. Lantmännen’s Agriculture Sector drives competitive and sustainable farming with a broad range of production, from high quality seeds and animal feed to grain handling and analysis. With a strong focus on quality and traceability, we ensure every step meets the highest standards in our accredited laboratories. This is a key role in our ongoing Infor M3 cloud project - an excellent opportunity if want to get the chance to grow and contribute in a global group that takes responsibility, from field to fork.
This is what you will do
We are currently in an exciting journey of improvement since we are aiming to go live with Infor M3 Cloud Edition (CE) in the beginning of 2026. You will therefore directly be an active part in the M3 cloud-project and implementation phase.
As Business Solution Specialist (BSS) you will have the responsibility in our team to work with Infor M3 with production and quality management and manage integrations with our surrounding MES application as well as laboratory systems. You will join a team of experienced colleagues working with various parts of M3 Supply Chain and surrounding applications eager to support our daily operations with approximately 800 users spread across Sweden. We work in close cooperation with our businesses to develop stable, reliable and cost-effective IT solutions, which enhances our competitiveness and supports our business objectives.
After the Go Live and project closure in beginning of 2026, the team will maintain our cloud M3 solution and surrounding applications and stay informed about new features and perform testing when Infor releases updates. You will together with business stakeholders further develop efficiency in our new processes and tools where you will have a key function.
The position is located at our head office in Malmö, but for the right candidate the location is flexible. You will belong to the IT department at the Agriculture Sector.

Skills & Requirements
This is what you need to succeed
You have:
- An academic degree together with a few years’ experience from working with Infor M3 Food & Beverage.
- Experience in understanding and translating our Supply Chain process requirements.
- An ability to configure and maintain M3 supply chain modules within production, production maintenance (MOS module), warehouse management, quality management (QMS), distribution and purchase.
- A basic understanding of integrations and API:s from and to M3 (Me C) and partner systems.
- Know-how of Infor M3 Extensibility toolbox to improve our end-user experience.
- Experience of general output management and knowledge of Product Label Printing solutions is commendable.
- Strong communication skills, written and spoken, in both Swedish and English
