• Lead the client team in day-to-day operations, ensuring alignment with Mid Corporate Sweden’s strategy and values.
• Take national responsibility for a defined group of real estate companies, serving as the primary point of contact for SEB’s offerings and proactively managing relationships with existing clients and drive prospecting of new clients.
• Identify new business opportunities through strategic dialogue and collaboration with SEB’s product teams e.g. Debt Capital Market, Markets, Private Wealth Management, Corporate Finance.
• Oversee credit risk management and drive business development in close cooperation with the customer and your client team.

• A higher academic degree in economics or a related field, along with a Swed Sec license.
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in sales, relationship management, and credit, preferably within SEB or a similar banking environment.
• A strong analytical skill from both a business- and credit perspective.
• A solid understanding of banking products and services.
• Knowledge of the real estate industry and an understanding of the role of properties in community development.
• Great interest in sustainability and digitalization with the eager to expand your expertise in the area.
• Strong communication and presentation skills, coupled with a strong reputation in your professional environment.
• A commercially driven person with the ability to lead, motivate, and coach team members.
