Job Description:
Responsibilites:

• 
  Work with CMS support for the backend solutions and problem-solving issues

within study specific configurations and onboarding in the CMS

• Running and troubleshooting pipelines.
• Contribute to the prioritized onboarding and configuration of new clinical studies.
• Decommission of our former CMS.
• Collaboration with cross-functional teams at Evinova to streamline processes and

working methods.
Required skills:

• Previous experience working with technical customer support and training in an

international environment.

• Working with support systems such as Jira Service management.
• Prior experience with Content Management Systems, especially Contentstack, is

an advantage.

• Basic programming skills, especially in Javascript, Typescript, or Python to

support development even though programming is not a daily activity performed
by CMS Engineers.

• Familiarity with cloud platforms, notably AWS and Azure.
• Proficiency in standard formats like JSON and YAML.

Desired skills:

• Understanding of service management principles
• Experience in the medical therapeutics field, with an understanding of relevant

guidelines and regulations, such as Gx P.
