How you will make an impact
As a Copywriter for The Barn, your key responsibilities will be to:
- Work in the creative team to dream up ideas for the brands we work for
- Form platforms and concepts, present them to our clients and guide them through the entire process
- Oversee the full production from start to finish
- Work with everything from TVC to social media and anything and everything in between - any type of communication for various platforms
In this position you will be reporting to the Head of Creative.
What will make you successful
You have a background as a creative copywriter with a passion for what attracts attention in advertising, to deliver above and beyond when creating commercial campaigns. You have a strategic mindset, experience and seniority when it comes to creating and presenting your work, but most importantly an ambition to try what’s never been done before.
We believe you hold the following qualifications:
- Extensive ad agency or equivalent experience with a background in creative copywriting
- A creative mindset but still holding a profound love and skill for the craft
- A deep understanding for the different platforms where your ideas might end up
- Full proficiency in Swedish is required
- The ability to work on different projects in different phases simultaneously
- Drive and an innovative and ambitious mindset, because we are going places
- Lastly, and perhaps most importantly, a kind soul and a team player
About The Barn
The Barn is Arla’s very own Ad agency. We create campaigns for well-known brands such as Arla Ko, Yoggi, Yalla, Svenskt Smör, Keso and many more. The Barn Sweden is part of a global organization that connects us with Arla's in-house agencies in Denmark, England, Germany, and Dubai. We are set up to function like a business within the business. This means we have clients, briefs, and deadlines just like any other agency. We create communication for various channels; from TV and social media campaigns to in-store materials, food inspiration, and the content on the back of our milk cartons. We strive to develop best in class work, have a great team spirit and were honored to be named In-house Agency of the Year 2022 and nominated for the same award this year (yay!).
