Corporate Legal Counsel to Epiroc (temporary position)

Your team
The Epiroc Group Legal team consists of seven lawyers based in Sweden, China, US, Canada and Kazakhstan together with the Head of Group Compliance and Group Risk & Insurance.
Your mission
In this role you will provide legal advice in a variety of areas in order to allocate risk creating commercially viable solutions. The focus will be to review agreements, facilitate and giving advice on business transactions regarding sales, service, rental, purchase, distribution, software, joint development, IPR, confidentiality, financing, real estate purchase and lease. You will report directly to the SVP General Counsel.
Your profile
We see that you have 7-10 years of experience of M&A and general corporate commercial issues from a law firm and in-house legal positions. You have experience from working in an international environment and within different legal areas. As a person you are a solution and business-oriented team player with a practical approach. You are service minded and have a high integrity. Interest in and understanding of technical matters is an advantage. Fluent in English and Swedish. University degree in law, preferably Swedish.
Location and travel
This position is located in Sickla, Stockholm. Occasional travel may be required. The assignment will be last for nine-twelve months.
