Who we are
Reason Studios have been pioneers in the music industry since the dawn of the classic loop editor Re Cycle and Re Birth, which emulated the TB-303 Roland Bass Line and TR-808 Drum Machine hardware. Our software has played a crucial role in electronic music and hip-hop ever since then. These days, we focus on Reason, a digital audio workstation known for its virtual Rack interface, which offers a modular approach to music production.
About the role

We’re looking for a dynamic Creative Lead to join our team for a 1-year maternity cover. In this role, you will spearhead our content creation and campaign strategies, ensuring that our brand resonates with both existing and new Reason users across various platforms. You’ll lead a talented creative team, manage our You Tube channel, and collaborate with industry professionals to keep our content fresh, engaging, and on-brand.
The position is based at our HQ in Stockholm, Sweden.
Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and produce compelling content for You Tube and social media, targeting both existing and new Reason users.
• Drive external campaign strategies, including product launches, Black Friday sales, and other key events.
• Lead brand activities, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints, including our photo bank.
• Play a pivotal role in organizing and executing both internal and external events such as Superbooth, NAMM, and ADE.
• Oversee and guide the daily work of our creative team, fostering innovation and creativity.
• Work closely with freelance content creators, including producers and artists, to amplify our brand within the music industry.
• Review, provide feedback, and approve creative marketing content, including design, audio, video and copy, to ensure high quality deliverables on a consistent basis.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in a similar creative leadership role.
• A deep interest in music and music technology.
• Hands-on content creation skills with proficiency in Adobe Suite.
• Basic knowledge of video production and design.
• A proactive, innovative mindset with the ability to lead and inspire a creative team.
