What you will be doing

SEB has enabled businesses to start and grow for 170 years. The world is changing and there is a multitude of new aspects that need to be taken into consideration. We need someone with a wide outlook on the world and an intuitive feeling for what’s around the corner. We are looking for someone with a wide outlook on the world who can create creative and innovative concepts and storylines that are in line with our business strategy.

You will work within the Creative Direction team and the broader Marketing Team to develop strategies and creative executions. This role will primarily focus on Private Wealth and Large corporate offerings but also include group-wide advertising. The work will cover everything from brand initiatives, products, and services, to coming up with entirely new ways to communicate with our target audiences in the Business-to-Business area on a global scale.

Strategy

Liaise with Marketing Business Partners and division stakeholders to identify gaps and needs and define strategic directions that align with the overall business and brand priorities.

Creative

Develop creative solutions that align with the tonality of the brand and appeal to the target audience.
Translate business strategy and targets into engaging and efficient concepts.
Articulate clear rationales that set up the strategy, creative, and execution.
Guide and get alignment from stakeholders both in marketing and at the divisions.
Be a speaking partner to our agency partners.

Craft

Craft ideas to make them as engaging as possible and appropriate to our tone of voice.
Develop and constantly refine our written identity towards Business-to-Business clients.
Oversee quality control when working with internal and external partners.

Who we are looking for

You have to love the big picture and also love to sweat the small stuff. This is a job that demands thoughtfulness but also being able to quickly identify what’s needed to solve a problem. And act on it. You need to be comfortable with speaking up, making decisions, following through, and following up, but also love working on a team.
This role is about being a pioneer. To try and discover new ways of working and find solutions.
Documented 5-10 years experience from full-time work at an advertising agency or brand side
You have documented experience in creating global multi-channel campaigns for the Business-to-Business market.
You need to be a native equivalent in English. Swedish and German are a big plus, but not a requirement.
Experience in the financial industry is extremely meriting.
Work experience from markets outside Sweden is highly valued.
