About the position
As the Digital Communications Manager at Perstorp, you will be involved in and drive many interesting projects, and contribute to advancing our digital transformation journey. You will be responsible for driving the strategic development and governance of our external digital communication channels such as our websites, and ensure a strong digital presence for the company. We have an ambitious roadmap for developing our channels, with several exciting projects and activities in the pipeline.

What will you do?
- Work in a world-leading, international B2B company
- Drive the strategic development and governance of Perstorp’s external digital communication channels
- Drive and co-ordinate demand, requirements and projects for Perstorp’s web channels vs. responsible stakeholders
- Ensure a consistent Perstorp brand and customer experience in the digital communication channels
- Ensure proper use and governance of data related to the digital communication channels
- Drive and share best practice in terms of digital communication initiatives. Participate in corporate digital transformation projects
- Be the Group’s expert on how the web channels available should be used in order to “shape and strengthen the Perstorp brand” and to “increase the commercial attractiveness of selected focus areas”
- Bachelor degree and/or relevant education
- 5+ years of experience from working with digital communication in a larger international business complexity
- CMS experience
- Business acumen
- Analytical skills
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- plan and drive your work independently while at the same time being a true team player who enjoys reaching goals together
- have the ability to analyze and present data
- be interested in digital transformation and stay up to date with industry trends
- build and maintain strong relations and networks internally and externally
- The position is a parental leave for 12 months. Desired start is January 2025.
- The position is placed at the head office in Malmö, with hybrid working possible according to business needs. You will report to the VP Corporate Communications, and be part of a strong, fun and dynamic team working with all aspects of corporate communications.
