Manage a dynamic portfolio of clients and lead strategic decisions that elevate our clients to the next level
As the Director of Digital Growth, you will have overall responsibility for our digital growth business area in Sweden, acting as the main driver behind strategic decisions and initiatives to take our clients to the next level.
Your key responsibilities will include:

• Leading and developing the Digital Growth business area in Sweden.
• Managing and growing a personal client portfolio, predominantly as a strategic sponsor, with deeper involvement as needed.
• Playing a pivotal role in client pitches, leveraging insights and experience in media and performance marketing for retail and brands.
• Driving the launch and market introduction of new solutions/products in Sweden.
• Establishing and executing effective service models and core solutions, with a focus on media planning and growth strategy.
• Working closely with teams across international offices to steer the commercial agenda, product innovation, and go-to-market strategies.
• Generating leads and leveraging your personal network.

As the Director of Digital Growth, you will be part of daily life at our Stockholm office, working alongside a team of specialists in SEO, Paid Social, and Paid Search. You will report directly to the Managing Director, Seve Michel, and work closely with colleagues across various countries and departments. Together, we share a common goal: delivering exceptional results for our clients by continuously adapting, expanding our offerings, and staying ahead of the curve.


Strategic thinker with a strong toolkit
Since you’ll play a key role in developing our Digital Growth business unit in Sweden, we’re looking for a colleague who can set direction, drive innovative strategies, and deliver outstanding results.
You will also bring:

• Excellent communication and presentation skills in both Swedish and English.
• Experience in crafting appealing narratives with a cohesive storyline through Google Slides/PPT.
• A commercial and growth mindset, with experience managing complex and senior clients, preferably within retail and brands.
• A deep understanding of digital marketing strategy, including data and adtech.
• 3+ years of agency experience, preferably in similar roles or within performance marketing.
• A proven track record of delivering on sales and growth targets.
• Strong connections and experience in the Swedish market.
• A deep sense of ownership for everything you do.
