Digital Marketing Specialist (B2B) ideally with Graphic...

You will focus on creating and managing lead and email automation flows, monitoring lead conversions, and ensuring the effective use of Zoho CRM and Zoho Marketing to enhance customer acquisition, retention, and satisfaction. You will play a crucial role in driving customer-centric strategies, leveraging data to improve customer interactions and work close with the COO building a global brand in the Security Industry. The ideal candidate brings a marketing background, extensive experience with Zoho and is used to working in an international and multicultural tech company.
We currently have one webmaster and we are looking for a temporary graphic designer as well, all based in Malmö reporting to the Chief Operating Officer.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and grow the company's brand awareness through online presence on Linked In, You Tube and other social media platforms and working close with the webmaster.
- Focus on ongoing optimization and monitoring of our digital campaigns and reporting on results in relation to ROI and KPI
- Develop and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to engage and convert leads
- Deliver writing, editing, and storytelling content for creating engaging communication materials
- Create compelling visual content for social media, email campaigns, and websites, including videos and graphics
- Experience in digital marketing, including email marketing, social media, and content creation
- Proven experience in marketing and product launch communication
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams
- Must be familiar with Zoho CRM and preferably Zoho Marketing and email automation as these are our tools
- Experience working with sales teams and product management to align marketing efforts with business goals
- Familiarity with public relations strategies and media outreach is a plus as we are a public company
- Graphic design or video production skills are a plus
- Design eye-catching banners, posts, and promotional materials aligned with the brand’s identity
- Analyze and report on email and social media performance, implementing improvements for better results
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices in email marketing, social media, and digital content creation
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of SEO and paid social media campaigns, Basic HTML for email templates
- Copywriting experience is a plus
