Our client is looking for a highly skilled and experienced Dynamics 365 specialist to assist them with Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE), Marketing, and Field Service.
You must have the right to work in Sweden without restrictions.
Key experience and qualifications required
You must have all of the following experience and competencies, which must be evidenced in your CV:
- Proven experience with Dynamics 365 CE (Sales, Marketing, and Field Service) implementations and configurations (5 years +)
- In-depth knowledge of best practices in mentioned solutions
- Strong proficiency in application consultancy and the ability to provide 2nd and 3rd line support
- Expertise in configuring the Dynamics suite
- Ability to analyse business requirements and turn them into functional specifications
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate problems to solutions with ease
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Interest for business processes and flows.
