Our client is looking for a committed and versatile Scrum Master who can foster a collaborative and adaptive environment for our team. Our ideal candidate should be well-versed in Agile principles, with a knack for tailoring methodologies to suit the dynamics of the team. Previous experience or interest in Agile coaching is highly desirable, as is an open-minded attitude towards discovering new ways of optimizing team performance.

You must have the right to work in Sweden without restrictions and ideally be based in southern Sweden.
Key responsibilities
- Guide and facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring they are efficient and focused.
- Work closely with Product Owners to manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the team delivers value each sprint.
- Help the team identify and resolve impediments that may hinder their productivity and progress.
- Foster a self-organizing, high-performance team where individuals collaboratively own the product development process.
- Encourage and facilitate continuous improvement within the team by advocating for retrospections and using data to drive conversations.
- Promote Agile best practices while staying open to adapting methodologies to better fit the team’s needs.
- Provide coaching to team members on Agile principles and values, encouraging an environment of learning and growth.
- Collaborate with other Scrum Masters and Agile Coaches in the organization to align on practices and share insights.
You must have all of the following experience and competencies, which must be evidenced in your CV:
- Solid understanding and practical experience with Agile frameworks like Scrum and Kanban.
- Proven ability to facilitate team activities and foster a collaborative work environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to nurture positive relationships within the team and across the organization.
- Proficiency in using Agile project management tools like JIRA, Azure Dev Ops, or similar platforms.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
- 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar role within Agile environments.
The following experience and proficiency will make you stand out, and must be evidenced in your CV:
- Previous experience or interest in Agile coaching, with a passion for continuous learning and professional development.
- Familiarity with other Agile methodologies and the ability to blend them to create a hybrid approach that works for the team.
- Experience in technical environments that utilize CI/CD pipelines, Dev Ops practices, and software development best practices.
