• Lead and manage the digital E-Business team within the Mar Com function of Global Solutions.
• Set and implement the e-Business strategy in collaboration with our Business Areas.
• Oversee our digital platforms ecosystem including, web, e-Commerce, and supporting marketing technology.
• Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment and successful execution of digital initiatives.
• Set KPIs and action plans in co-operation with our Business Areas to deliver continued growth.

• Experience working or consulting in an international B2B environment in a decentralized organization.
• Minimum of 5+ years' work experience in within the area of e-Business (e-commerce, web, digital marketing)
• Proven ability to deliver results through strategic planning and hands-on initiative execution, successfully implementing new technologies and launching new projects.
• Experienced in team leadership, stakeholder management, and handling competing priorities in dynamic environments.
• Strong business and marketing acumen within decentralized matrix organizations, with a focus on adapting to constant change.
• Skilled in communication, influencing change, and proficient with enterprise platforms like Adobe Experience Manager and Adobe Commerce, while maintaining a mindset of continuous development and technology assessment.
• Fluent in English, both in written and oral.
