We are now looking for an Educational Content Developer to further strengthen our Competence Team.

About the position

Shape the future of AI education with AI Sweden! We're looking for a passionate professional with expertise in competence development, instructional design, and AI content creation. Your role will involve leading the design and delivery of impactful AI training programs, from concept to evaluation, to make AI accessible to learners. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams, simplify complex concepts, and develop engaging educational experiences using various formats, including written and visual materials.

We believe that as a person you’re

• Holding a degree in Education or a related field.
• Experienced in creating educational content, including using AI-powered tools.
• A strong communicator in both Swedish and English, able to engage with diverse professional groups.
• Adaptable, passionate, and collaborative, with the ability to work both independently and within a team.

And workwise, you’re

• Skilled in project management with a deep understanding of AI and its applications in organizational development.
• Experienced in e-learning or digital platform development, and familiar with learning theories.
• Proficient in developing frameworks for competence development and delivering educational workshops (both in-person and online).
• Capable of measuring and optimizing learning programs based on evaluation data.
• Experienced in managing cross-functional teams and delivering projects from concept to execution.
