Your Role:
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Electronic Design Engineer to join our dynamic team in Gothenburg. In this role, you’ll be at the forefront of designing, maintaining, documenting, and testing the hardware modules for our Fire and Gas systems. Your responsibilities will also include managing the certification and manufacturing processes for our life-saving products, ensuring they adhere to the highest safety and quality standards.
You’ll be involved in every stage of hardware development, from initial requirement review and feasibility studies, to creating system specifications and architectural documents. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to design solutions that meet business needs, improve operations through system analysis, and recommend process enhancements. Additionally, you’ll engage with vendors, guide testing and approval of new products, and maintain detailed documentation in the PLM/PDM system.

Your Qualifications:
You ideally have a BSc or MSc in Electrical Engineering or a related field, along with a thoughtful and organized approach to problem-solving. Your passion for technology shines through in your collaborative work style, and you enjoy being part of an innovative team. A proactive, solution-focused mindset, combined with strong communication skills, will make you a great fit for this role.
Experience with Ex design, Design for Manufacturing, EMC, Altium, ARAS, analog and digital design, or hardware architecture would be a bonus.
