The Opportunity ... :
The position of ERP Business Analyst has become an urgent requirement at our site in Helsingborg Sweden with expertise within the Finance module in LN.

We are looking for an ERP Business Analyst with Infor LN Cloud Suite Industrial (version 10.8 but 10.5 with cloud based multi-site locations will also work). Reporting into our ERP Support Lead based in the US, your responsibilities will help support and shape our LN ERP system. We need operational understanding of LN A/P Processing, A/R Processing, and Integration Mapping.

On any give day, you may:

• Handle master data, codes, parameters, and settings in the system.
• Maintain user management SOPs.
• Communicate with teams across management, operations, and finance at various levels.
• Provide training and troubleshooting support for users.
• Ensure data verification and integrity, expanding as new sources and outputs are added.
• Develop solutions for the client's BI platform.
• Coordinate with the ERP Support Manager on project priorities and timelines.
• Serve as the link between data collection and BI output.
• Collaborate with IT support teams.

Role Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with Infor LN (Infor LN Cloud Suite Industrial Enterprise 10.5+).
• Experience in Functional Specification Documentation.
• Proficiency in Tableau; Microsoft Azure is a plus.
• Understanding of high-level database concepts and system testing.
• Project management experience is advantageous.
• Ability to access information through data access layers.
• Familiarity with data table structures and implementation.
• Expertise in modules: AP, AR, General Ledger, Cash Management, Project Accounting, and Fixed Assets.
• Knowledge in Procurement, Service, and Manufacturing.
• Team player with the ability to work globally across cultures and businesses.

• This is a site-based support position located at our site in Helsingborg Sweden.
