Senior FSI leader(s) to our AI & Data team in Stockholm (Sweden)
Deloitte’s AI & Data team is growing and seek senior leaders passionate about AI/Gen AI, data and cloud technology, with experiences and a network in the Financial services industry that want to help grow our practice. We see a strong demand for Deloitte and our service offerings and need more senior capacity to help serve our clients. As a leader in our AI & Data team you will be part of an industry team as well as one or several key account teams. The Deloitte culture is highly collaborative and the industry team and account teams will support you with their network, as well as having expectations that the AI & Data team bring forward relevant market offerings to the industry and target accounts. Your role will, together with other leaders in AI & Data, help to drive these market offerings forward to the market, serve our clients in projects as well as helping managing and grow our junior colleagues. Depending on interest we also offer you to help drive one or several of our strategic eco-systems and alliance partnerships.
Key responsibilities

• Maintain and build new business relationships with key clients
• Build, drive and manage a pipeline of opportunities
• Drive relevant proposals and RFP/RFIs
• Work with business development-oriented activities
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, as well as engagement manager for project deliveries
• Manage and coach colleagues in our team
• Help with recruiting new talents

Qualifications

The requirement for this role is:

• Consulting experiences in the field of AI, BI/analytics and/or data advisory services
• You live and work in Sweden, preferably in Stockholm
• Fluent in Swedish and English
• Relevant university education, most likely a masters degree
• A minimum of 8+ years of relevant work experience

It is beneficial if you have experience with any of the following:

• Financial services industry experiences, but other industry experiences are also of interest
• Experiences with Databricks, Snowflake and/or any hyperscaler (GCP, Azure or AWS)
