We are now looking for a Financial Assistant that will be part of our Finance department and support the accounting team with revenues. The role will be located at our head office in central Stockholm, at Grev Turegatan 11. You will report to the Head of Accounting.

Your challenge
As a Financial Assistant you will mainly work with invoicing new and existing customers and various tasks related to the accounts receivable. You will also work actively within our customer support system regarding questions related to customer invoicing, meaning direct contact with both customers and colleagues.
In your daily work you will be using systems as Google Workspace, p:e Accounting, Salesforce and Freshdesk. Slack and Zoom are the main internal communication tools.
What you’ll bring
Either you have a bachelor degree in finance/business administration or relevant work experience. However, what matters most is not your past experience, but rather your desire to work as a Financial Assistant and your ambition to learn and grow in this role.

During times when the workload increases, you are able to stay focused and flexible, and since you will be in contact with several people within the organization we believe that you also like to communicate. We’re using a competence-based recruitment process where those competences will play an important role.
A requirement for this position is that you are fluent in both Swedish and English.
