About the position
The Fulfillment Specialist is a key stakeholder for Maurten´s Order to Cash process. You will be working in our warehouse team located the logistics department.
This role is responsible to systematically drive and develop the daily fulfillment operation at multiple warehouses across the world, meaning that our supplier lives up to the SLA with good quality. Further the role needs to work cross functional to develop and offer value added customer experience, such as packaging materials, last mile options, customized kits.
You are expected to be a front runner in terms on latest trends and solutions around order fulfillment for both e-commers and B2B sales.
Due to the international context of this role, travel is expected.
Job responsibilities
- Drive and develop the daily business for Fulfillment across all external sites.
- Set and optimize last mile delivery for our customers to be as cost efficient and value added as possible.
- Support future external marketplace and drop shipping solutions.
- Drive modern and effective packaging for pallet and parcels.
- Challenge, sign off and implement new routing guides for new B2B customers.
- Secure up-to-date forecast is developed and communicated to the warehouses.
To succeed in the role, we see that you are business minded with a strong sense of responsibility. You are an organized planner and have a demonstrated history of operating in an efficient, productive manner. You know how to keep focused on the key priorities.
- Post high-school education, such as University or Vocational university, within logistics.
- 3-5 years of experience working with warehouses, order fulfillment and shipping.
- Experience of integrating external marketplace or implementing a drop ship solution
- Proven experience of working in a multi-functional environment handling several stakeholders.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills.
- Advance user in ERP and WMS systems.
- Fluent in English, written and spoken.
- Bases in Gothenburg, Sweden.
