About the role

We are seeking a candidate with a strategy consulting background, ideally with approximately 2 years of experience from a top-tier consulting firm and potentially Business Control (or a related field) within a fast-paced industry or tech company. The new recruit will work closely with our Head of Group FP&A and Treasury in building our Treasury function from the ground up, as well as to continue building and developing our Group FP&A function. This role provides a chance to join one of Sweden's fastest-growing companies, focusing on high-priority strategic topics, such as enabling suitable financing for our growth journey. You will gain considerable exposure to the organization, including direct interactions with senior management. It's an excellent opportunity for a driven individual eager to make a significant impact in a dynamic and rapidly evolving environment.


Your key responsibilities

As the Group FP&A and Treasury Manager you will be a pivotal member of the Finance department and work specifically with building our Treasury and Group FP&A functions.

The responsibilities of these functions include:

• Treasury Optimizing net working capital Lead projects aimed at improving the company’s cash position.
  
• Forecasting cash flow.
  
• Overseeing the planning and execution of capital expenditures, ensuring alignment with strategic priorities and financial capacity.
  
• Group FP&A Handling annual planning and coordination of reporting, business planning, forecasting etc.
  
• Consolidating and quality assuring financial reports and budgets/forecasts.
  
• Managing the FP&A collaboration forum and spearheading continuous improvement initiatives.
  
• Collaborating with Business Controllers to develop and implement FP&A best practices, including standardized definitions, tools and process improvements.
  
• Leading digital transformation initiatives to enhance analytical capabilities and streamline reporting.
  

About you

More about you

• Approximately 2 years of experience in strategy consulting and business control (or related field).
  
• Degree in business administration, engineering, or related field.
  
• Experience in a fast-paced industry and/or tech company is highly advantageous.
